Chocolate Buttercream Icing

This is a very simple Buttercream Icing, and a perfect accompaniment to the Egg Free Chocolate Cake.

  • 100g Softened Butter
  • 225g Icing Sugar
  • 2tbsp Milk
  • 100g melted and cooled Dark Chocolate

Cream the butter, and a couple of spoonfuls of icing sugar.

Add the milk, and then slowly mix in the rest of the icing sugar until it is all incorporated, and fluffy.

Mix in the melted chocolate.

Use as a filling or coating for chocolate cake!
